At LCG Inspirations Ltd, customer satisfaction is at the heart of everything we do. We aim to ensure that every service we provide meets or exceeds expectations. However, we understand that situations may arise where you need to cancel, reschedule, or request a refund.
This policy has been drafted in line with the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, which govern the sale and supply of services to UK consumers. By booking a service through our website or directly with us, you agree to the terms outlined in this policy.

2. Refund Policy
Eligibility for Refunds
- Service Sessions: You are entitled to cancel a booked service session and request a full refund if the cancellation is made at least 48 hours before the scheduled start time. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice are not eligible for a refund due to the time reserved exclusively for your session.
- Completed Sessions: Once a service session has been attended and completed, refunds cannot be issued except in cases where the service was not delivered as described or where there is a proven failure on our part to meet agreed-upon standards.
- Cooling-Off Period: Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations, you may have a 14-day cooling-off period for services purchased online. However, if you request that we begin delivering the service within this period (for example, booking a session to occur within 14 days of purchase), you acknowledge that you may lose the right to cancel once the service is fully provided.
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, email office@lcginspirations.co.uk with:
- Your order details
- The date and time of your session
- The reason for the refund request
We will review your request and respond within 1–2 business days.
Refund Processing
- Approved refunds will be processed within 7 business days of approval.
- Refunds will be issued via the original payment method used for the booking.
3. Rescheduling Policy
- Clients may reschedule their session up to 24 hours before the scheduled time without incurring additional charges.
- To reschedule, please email office@lcginspirations.co.uk or call us on 020 3340 8497.
- Sessions rescheduled with less than 24 hours’ notice may be treated as a cancellation and are not guaranteed to be refunded or rescheduled free of charge.
4. Exceptions
- Refunds are not available for non-attendance (no-show) without prior notice.
- Refunds are not available for services that have been fully performed where you consented to immediate delivery.
- Refunds are not available for situations outside of our control, such as technical issues caused by your equipment or internet connection.
5. Consumer Rights
Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights under UK law. If the service provided is defective, misrepresented, or not carried out with reasonable care and skill as required under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, you are entitled to request that the service be re-performed or, if that is not possible, to request a refund.
